Purpose and operator

T-Cat operates email updates about MANBIKI Mobile launches on your chosen platforms and game news after launch, plus the browser mini-game and rankings. This notice covers these website services separately from the game app’s privacy policy. Use the official contact form for questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information.

Registration information

We process your email address, chosen platforms, email language, page and browser languages, campaign attribution, registration and consent timestamps, consent-text version and email-confirmation timestamp. Where available, the server estimates country or region from the connection IP. The estimate and your chosen language are separate; language is never proof of location.

Email confirmation and delivery

Information is sent to T-Cat’s server and handled through an external email and subscriber-management service. Registration requires explicit consent and email confirmation. Open the email link and press the confirmation button to complete a registration or preference change. Confirmation links expire in 30 minutes. Pending details and confirmation records also help prevent abuse. Confirmation emails use English or Japanese according to the page language. You can choose any of the 18 supported languages as your preference for game-update emails.

Preferences and unsubscribe

Platform and language changes take effect after confirmation through your email. Email-confirmed unsubscribe access uses a private, single-use link valid for 24 hours. Opening it does not unsubscribe you; the confirmation button completes the action. Unsubscribing stops T-Cat game-information emails, including MANBIKI Mobile notices and news. Messages already being processed may still arrive. We keep minimum suppression records and do not automatically reactivate withdrawn subscriptions.

Retention and requests

Active subscriber information is used for the stated launch-notice and game-news purposes. Confirmation links expire after 30 minutes. Expired, unconfirmed input details are pruned during subsequent request processing. Contact T-Cat to request access, correction or deletion. Records needed to honor withdrawals or prevent abuse may be retained separately.

Browser storage and cookies

Your page language, email language and mini-game sound preference may be remembered on your device. UTM campaign labels are kept in tab-session storage. A necessary registration session cookie lasts one hour, an anonymous ranking identifier for the same browser’s personal best lasts 30 days, and an optional-analytics opt-out cookie lasts 90 days. These stores do not contain your email address or registration-form values. Private confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are removed from the address bar after loading. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical logs to operate and protect the service.

Optional aggregate measurement

We aggregate LP visits, form reach, email-confirmed registrations and mini-game start, result and sharing actions on our own server. Day, campaign, estimated country, platform and language help us understand use and conversion. Anonymous analytics does not store email addresses, raw IP addresses or full browsing URLs, and no third-party browser tracking script is loaded. Aggregates are retained for 90 days. You can opt out using the mini-game’s anonymous-analytics setting. DNT and GPC opt-out signals also exclude optional measurement. Opting out does not prevent registration, gameplay or rankings.

Mini-game and public rankings

Ranking submission is optional after a clear. Nickname, character, mode, time and record date are public. No email or account is required. We process necessary input records and internal identifiers to verify runs, keep anonymous personal bests, limit submissions and hold or remove invalid scores. Do not enter real names, contact details or other personal information in a public nickname. The mini-game’s privacy panel provides further retention details and the anonymous-analytics setting.

Preregistration count

The campaign counts unique, active MANBIKI Mobile notification subscriptions. Unsubscribed or invalid registrations are excluded. Existing valid consent records are retained. New registrations and preference changes require email confirmation. Results are cached, so updates may take time. Individual subscriber information is never made public.
